1. Introduction

2. Services

Expantrix ID provides web development and bot development services (Telegram/Discord). We deliver digital products and software solutions as described in our service agreements.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment must be made in full before the final delivery of the project, unless otherwise agreed locally in writing.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Since our products are digital services and code, we generally do not offer refunds once the work has commenced. However:

• ✓If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, a full refund will be issued minus any transaction fees.
• ✓If the delivered product fails to meet the functional requirements agreed upon in the scope of work, we will provide revisions to fix the issues.
• ✓If we are unable to complete the project due to our own constraints, a full refund will be issued.
